+ Provide administrative, clerical, and organizational support for Flight Training, Standards/Planning team and Director

**What you’ll do**

+ Ability to prioritize departmental needs and request

+ Work closely with Leads, Managers, and team members

+ Excellent customer service

+ Interacts with clients; including: Pilots, Instructors, Students, other departments and business leaders

+ Plan and prepare meeting and events: (agendas, training materials, presentations, catering, etc) for the Director, Managers, and their team

+ Responds to customer request (Comply365) and complaints within limits of authority

+ Manage time and attendance for the team, expense reports, invoices, and supply ordering

+ Skilled in reviewing, screening, and prioritizing emails and telephone calls

+ Experience in calendar management

+ Work closely with another Admin assist.

**Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience**

+ High School Diploma

**Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience**

+ 2+ years’ work experience in a prior Administrative role

**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**

+ Working knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

+ Willingness to learn new skills as needed to perform job functions

+ Willingness to cross-train with other Administrative team members

+ Ability to prioritized work, be detailed oriented and meet deadlines

+ Ability to perform in a fast-pace environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and function as in integral part of a team with minimal supervision

+ Known for your positive energy, people person, greater and work great with others

+ Skilled analytics and problem solving

+ Experience with Workbrain, Coupa, Teams, SABRE, TMS, Distribution list creation and other Admin tools
