**_**To qualify for the Sign-On Bonus, applicants must be new to ACG (not applied in the last 180 days). There is a 1-year payback clause if your employment is terminated prior to completing 12 months of employment. As an Insurance Sales Agent with AAA, you can expect more by:

+ Promoting and selling various membership and insurance products

+ Performing outbound prospecting to existing membership and insurance clients to identify cross-sales and retention opportunities

+ Working with a top caliber management & support team, committed to your sales success


What we are looking for:

+ Proven track record of success and exceeding sales goals

+ Strong communication and relationship building skills

+ Work independently in a dedicated work-remote space, free of distraction, and with direct internet access (not wifi)

+ Being able to connect with current and potential members to analyze insurance needs and determine appropriate levels of coverage

Licensing/Certification Requirements:

+ Must possess an active state Property & Casualty insurance sales license
