Product Features Manager, Card Services
Nordstrom is looking for a **Credit Product Strategy Program Manager** drive key Nordstrom Credit strategies that enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of Nordstrom.
+ Drive deep dive assessments to map core system processes and customer experience journeys, and make recommendations for remediation and improvements where applicable
+ Monitor and research external conditions including competitor and market analysis and regulations to ensure products and services meet credit needs.
+ Use knowledge of credit card industry regulatory requirements to drive business decisions on foundational systemic and process improvements
+ Collaborate effectively with TD Bank partners and with cross functional partners across the organization, including Loyalty Program, Credit Execution, Legal and Compliance, Analytics, Risk, Operations, IT, and Finance, to optimize product structure, deliver a world-class customer experience, and deliver on yearly/quarterly strategic roadmaps to meet business objectives.
+ Embrace a fast-paced environment specifically around incident identification and remediation, and collaborate with key partners to present complex problems clearly and effectively to leadership
+ Identify creative solutions to business problems while staying within the bounds of a well-managed program
+ Develop/refine strategies to deliver a sound systemic foundation to drive increased customer acquisition, activation, and card utilization.
+ **Credit card and/or payment-related industry experience is a requirement. No applicants without this experience will be considered.**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent required.
+ Master’s degree in business preferred.
+ 5+ years of experience leading through influence in complex fast-paced environments with progressively larger responsibility.
+ Demonstrated ability to engage with business leaders, vendors and peers through effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
+ Adaptive, flexible, can anticipate and adapt to new situations and/or changing demands and respond proactively to enhance the division’s/business unit’s financial performance.
+ Ability to manage ambiguity by creating structure, process, and prioritization.
