**Job Description**

+ The ideal candidate will be able to clearly define the customer journeys and operationalize them – taking them from idea to reality at scale across the organization. They will inform their ideas with data as well as the customers’ voice and success metrics and partner closely with the Product, Customer Research & Insights, and User Experience teams to develop and deepen relationships with our customers. They naturally possess a growth mindset and are interested in continuous learning and improvements of the customer experience. **A day in the life…**

+ Facilitate workshops on end-to-end customer journey processes including current state and future state journey mapping, roadmap development and prioritization, methodology, tools, process, etc.

+ Provide clear recommendations for deepening the customer relationship and communicating effectively with the customer to improve the customer experience

+ Create governance model for auditing and providing journey recommendations to channel leads

+ Collaborate with teams across the business to stay connected to customer sentiment and **You own this if you have…**

+ 4-6 years in a customer communications marketing, user experience, or customer research role

+ BS degree in Marketing, Operations, Customer Research or related field

+ Demonstrated strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to drive work to completion both independently as well as through others

+ Worked closely with user experience, product management, channel owners to develop business requirements for new communications

+ Establish process and required dashboards and reports to monitor status and success of the lifecycle communications and opportunities

+ Serve as the marketing point-of-contact to triage issues or identify new lifecycle journey opportunities
