The **Customer Audience and Testing team** is comprised of data scientists and data analysts responsible for designing and executing analytical solutions to support a variety of marketing and customer initiatives. We are seeking a **Data Analyst 2** to join our embedded analytics model to support areas ranging from CRM analytics to our loyalty program. This role will work closely with multiple partners across the organization to drive performance through results insights, customer analyses and marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and strong technical contributor who is always looking for new opportunities to solve business problems with data-driven tools. The individual should be highly curious about the business and possess the skills to unlock rich, nuanced insights from complicated data and communicate those insights in a way that drives positive business outcomes for our marketing programs.

**A day in the life…**

+ Partner with key stakeholders on data analysis problems

+ Mine complex digital behavioral data and transform it into actionable information

+ Apply common statistical methods, data modeling, and predictive analysis to answer strategic questions for the online business

+ Use advanced data visualization techniques to communicate solutions to business stakeholders

+ Provide exceptional customer service through professionalism, ownership and initiative

+ Demonstrate productivity through the efficient use of time and a commitment to strong results

**You own this if you have…**

+ A quantitative degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or similar quantitative analytics discipline

+ 3+ years of corporate data analysis experience in online analytics (online retail a plus)

+ Strong experience with SQL (Amazon Redshift, Teradata preferred

+ Proficiency in Statistics with emphasis on A/B test design (Power Analysis, Confidence Intervals, t-Tests, etc.)

+ 1+ year experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau

+ Familiarity with an analytic scripting language such as R or Python preferred

+ Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey results to non-experts
