**Digital Insights Team – NAP integration, Refactor (Analysis Focus)**

Join a high impact, customer-obsessed analytics team!

Nordstrom is a specialty retailer offering the very best in fashion and customer service since 1901. We live by five simple values that guide how we work together day to day and how we deliver results: we are customer-obsessed, we are owners at heart, we are curious and ever-changing, we extend ourselves to our peers and our customers, and we’re here to win!

Digital Insights is a growing, multidisciplinary team within a larger analytical sciences organization that thrives on collaboration and community. We use data to produce ad hoc reports and analyses, durable production dashboard solutions, and predictive models and data science products to improve and accelerate our stakeholders’ decision making and product development capabilities across Nordstrom’s digital platforms.

We are committed to building teams that reflect the diversity of our customers, and active inclusion is core to how Nordstrom wins. We’re an equal opportunity employer and encourage people from underrepresented backgrounds to apply. The Analytical Sciences organization at Nordstrom seeks self-starters and strong technical contributors who love to find new solutions to business problems using data.
