**What you will do:**

+ Responsible for planning, developing, delivering, and tracking change management deliverables including communications, training, stakeholder engagement and change impact

+ With limited supervision provides expertise when implementing process improvement initiatives

+ Analyzes business issues, determines process improvement requirements and makes /leads approved recommendations

+ Performs organizational readiness analysis, coaching, and change reinforcement

+ Acts as a liaison with colleagues, management, and project teams to implement approved programs

+ Leads process improvement programs between Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources and various other departments

+ Identifies project milestones, phases, and elements, to keep project within timeline and budget

+ Develops organizational change management framework, and works with Finance Systems Lead to ensure a smooth transition to new systems and processes

Finance Process & Change Management Consultant will earn a competitive salary of $90,000 to $105,000 annually with annual bonus potential based on performance.

**Qualifications**

**We’re looking for candidates who:**

Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field

+ Six Sigma Green Belt or above

Experience:

+ Minimum 7 years of experience in a change management, process designing/improvement or a related role

+ Proficient in using MS Office suite of products

+ Experience in planning, documenting and implementing business processes, systems, and technology to improve service delivery and streamline processes

+ Thorough knowledge of, and experience in, change management principles and methodology

+ Ability to influence others and achieve common goals

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships

+ Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically

+ Great organizational, project, and time management skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Project Management Professional Certification
