**What you will do:**

+ Responsible for Implementing and maintaining financial systems, reporting systems and finance dashboards.

+ Participates in vendor selection, configuring, maintaining, and generating reports for Finance Systems

+ Lead the planning, designing, development and launching of various finance systems

+ Works with the IT and finance departments to meet business requirements.

+ Responsible for creating and maintaining technical designs, project plans, and documentation of business processes and finance applications.

+ Ensures accuracy of financial information within systems

+ Tests new features of the system to verify accuracy of financial procedures.

+ Partners with the change management leader to implement appropriate processes and training plans

+ Reviews and analyzes existing financial systems for their effectiveness, develop new strategies to improve and further leverage the systems.

+ Plans, organizes, and controls resources to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.

**How you will benefit:**

Finance Systems Manager will earn a competitive salary of $125,000 – $135,000 annually with annual bonus potential based on performance.

**Qualifications**

**We’re looking for candidates who:**

Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field

+ Six Sigma Green Belt or above

+ Project Management Professional is a plus.

Experience:

+ 7 years of experience in a systems lead role supporting finance systems or similar.

+ Experience implementing Core GL / ERP and Financial planning systems.

+ Ability to influence others and achieve common goals.

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.

+ Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically.

+ Great organizational, project management, time management and analytical skills

+ Proficiency in using MS Office suite of products
