**Job Description**

Technicians at Nordstrom support customers across multiple channels, with a focus on providing excellent customer experience to Nordstrom Employees. Technicians at Nordstrom have a wide range of responsibilities ranging from in store support, Service Desk support and backend monitoring of systems and applications, just to name a few.

**A day in the life…**

+ Support of all Nordstrom end user technologies in Riverside, Ontario and remote support

+ User provisioning included but not limited to AD, Office 365, Slack, VPN, etc.

+ Hardware Support included but not limited to handheld computers, desktop, laptops, printers, Zebra, Printronix. Etc

+ Create and manage related documents (Manual of Operations, Training Manuals, Confluence pages)

+ Escalate issues to Tech 2 when unable to resolve

+ Basic troubleshooting of issues reported by end users

+ Own asset management of all Nordstrom equipment

+ Work on projects as assigned

**You own this if you have…**

+ Associates Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred

+ 2+ years of experience supporting end user in a corporate environment

+ Working knowledge of Service Now (or comparable ticketing system)

+ Demonstrated ability to identify needs for, create, and complete projects to improve the end user experience

+ Excellent written and communication skills

+ Demonstrated ability to complete requests within a given SLA

+ Additional Qualifications for Enterprise Support

+ 1+ years of experience working with Active Directory

+ 1+ years of experience supporting Windows and Mac end user environments

+ 1+ years Printer Break Fix

+ SQL experience is a plus but necessary
