**Description**

The Auto Club Group (ACG) provides membership, travel, insurance and financial services offerings to approximately 14 million members and customers across 14 states and 2 U.S. territories through the AAA, Meemic and Fremont brands. ACG belongs to the national AAA federation and is the second largest AAA club in North America.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):

The Employee Experience Manager is responsible for the design of an ACG long-term commitment to fundamentally redesigning the organization to sustain a positive employee experience. This role will strategically lead the Employee Experience team, tasked with setting our employees up for success to deliver our business goals in all moments that matter across all moments that matter.

The Employee Experience Manager will partner with colleagues and leaders to identify and manage moments that matter most to our people. This role will continue to build on our continuous listening journey, by creating, communicating, and implementing scalable programs and initiatives aligned to our employee values, identified critical experiences, recognition, engagement, career development, and others with the purpose to provide analysis that drives leader action.

This role will also be responsible to establish appropriate and effective systems, metrics, and processes to ensure that the employee experience team can track and report on activities, as well as drive total rewards strategy and act as a champion for ACG’s mission, vision, and values.

Supervisory Responsibilities (briefly describe, if applicable, or indicate None):

Select, hire, train, develop, counsel and discipline assigned staff in accordance with corporate and Human Resource policies and procedures. Manage a team of professional staff.

Ability to:

+ Communicate efficiently and practically to internal and external stakeholders at all levels

+ Ability to build business cases, requirement gathering, deliver project plans and execute on schedule

+ Ability to measure, analyze, and act on project data

+ Consider a wide range of alternatives, including innovative or creative approaches

**Qualifications**

**Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify)**

Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):

+ Bachelor’s degree or college coursework in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

Experience:

+ Three years of experience across multiple HR disciplines

+ Conducting risk assessments and root cause analysis

+ Evaluating effectiveness and efficiency of systems and business strategies

+ Conducting cost/benefit analysis

+ Analyzing program performance problems

+ Designing, implementing and evaluating performance interventions

+ Developing, analyzing and implementing improvements in processes and procedures

+ Project planning and management

+ Budget preparation, analysis and maintenance

+ Preparing and presenting information to management

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of:

+ Foundation HR data, systems and processes

+ HR competencies with practical application

+ Project planning and management techniques

Ability to:

+ Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to motivate project team members

+ Communicate efficiently and practically to internal and external stakeholders at all levels

+ Build business cases, requirement gathering, deliver project plans and execute on schedule

+ Measure, analyze, and act on project data

Total Compensation Overview:

+ The Employee Experience Manager will earn a competitive salary of $10000 to $130,000 annually with annual bonus potential based on performance.
