The Microsoft Expert is responsible for delivering an end-to-end Microsoft Experience across all aspects of the Microsoft ecosystem. This role will achieve sales targets in revenue, margin, and solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. Works closely with other employees to demonstrate, promote and sell a variety of exciting Microsoft equipment in and across the store to ensure customers’ end-to-end needs are met. The Microsoft Expert must be able to build quality relationships with retail consumers, while providing them with relevant and memorable product demonstrations. They are Microsoft and Best Buy certified in taking complex technology and making it simple for clients to understand and see unique value.

+ Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs.
+ Ensures that no customers are ever left unserved or underserved, providing efficient, full-service, and solutions support to customers in the Microsoft ecosystem.
+ Builds relationships, coaches and trains with their store and surrounding stores.
+ Shares their vast knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem with sales consultants throughout the store.
+ 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field
+ Ability to work successfully as part of a team
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends
+ Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions
+ 1 year of sales experience
+ 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics products and services
