The Best Buy Sales Consultant in Mobile and Connected Life engages customers utilizing selling skills to build connected solutions while maintaining a balance of high velocity and high service. They sell a broad range of mobile products and services using a proven structured approach while at the same time developing in-depth knowledge of the latest mobile technology.

+ Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions for their needs. Provides personalized service and exceptional expertise for customers.
+ Handles all aspects of the sale including customer contracts, warranties, customer payments, cash and credit card/check transactions.
+ Develops, maintains and communicates strong, up-to-date knowledge of wireless products, accessories, pricing plans and service features.
+ Ability to work successfully as part of a team
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends
+ 3 months experience working in customer service, sales or related fields
