**A Day in the Life…**

+ Provide deep automation and innovation subject-matter expertise to develop optimal solutions that include various types of automated equipment, robotics, AR/VR, packaging, along with new and emerging industry warehousing solutions

+ Identify innovation opportunities, develop concept designs, equipment and process specifications, along with relevant discrete simulation models and site requirements

+ Designs best in class solutions to support efficient movement and interactions with people, process, equipment and data flow

+ Develop business case and gain cross-functional leadership/stakeholder alignment for the automation and innovation roadmap

+ Lead and coordinate, from concept to design, efforts between internal teams and external vendors to develop optimal solutions for the Supply Chain network

+ Provide technical automation expertise, along with engineering project management, for complex and large-scale engineering projects involving highly complex automation solutions

**You own this if you have…**

+ 10-15 years Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering Experience

+ 5+ years of experience in innovation, automation, and/or related discipline

+ Experience in designing, leading, and implementing complex automated equipment including robotics

+ Leadership/project management experience

+ Experience working effectively in highly matrixed organization

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering; Master’s Degree preferred
