Responsible for creative design and promotion of menus and events to maximize revenue and event experience.

Actively solicit new accounts while maintaining existing relationships, maximizing revenue by upselling and offering enhancements.

Responsible for event documentation and coordination with service and culinary teams, relevant hotel departments, and customers to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases

Ensure a seamless turnover from sales to service back to accounting for payment.

**What we need from you**

Minimum one year Hospitality related experience in sales.

Knowledge of the hotel systems (Delphi, Symphony, etc.)

Relevant degree, in business development or other relevant business field, from an academic institution (CMP, CPCE)

**What you can expect from us**

The hourly pay range for this role is **$25.00 to $30.00** **plus incentives based on sales production** . This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed at **InterContinental San Francisco** . This is the lowest to highest pay scale we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
