**Recruiter, Sourcing Center of Excellence (COE)** **– High Volume**
The ideal Recruiter in the Sourcing COE is an effective team collaborator, problem solver, improvement guru, and with a commitment to providing exceptional candidate experiences every day. This position delivers a high volume of qualified and diverse candidates, while guiding hiring managers and applicants through the selection process. This individual is passionate about finding great talent – a hunter, researcher at heart – with an external focus driving top performing talent to Nordstrom. While the Sourcing COE focuses on pipelining and engaging prospective talent, experience in the full cycle recruiting process is preferred.

+ Focus on Talent vs. Acquisition: uncoveringtalentnot actively applying for positions at Nordstrom
+ Support company’s strategic talent needs by augmenting current recruiting processes– focus on“what’snext vs. what’s open”- allowing space and time to pipelinediverse and well qualified candidates
+ Work withbusiness leaders across Nordstrom (Hiring Manager, Recruiting Managers,Executive Leadership)todetermine key talent buckets to deliver againsttalentgaps
+ Conductphone interviewswithsourcedtalent, present qualified individuals to the appropriate business teams
+ Create a “buzz”in the talent market by networking throughindustry related groups, specialty job boards, employer branding programs– get creative: always be sourcing
+ Keep detailed records and informationon sourced talentina CRM and/or ATS
+ Serve as a Talent SWAT Team: jump in to support recruiting functions however needed to succeed in overall Talent Acquisition objectives
**You own this if you hav** **e:**
+ 2+ years of talent acquisition experience:1+ yearagency, full cycle recruiting preferred
+ The ability to dive into various sourcing channels and techniques– win the war for talent
+ Hands-on experience recruiting in high volume for retail,sales, warehouse, customer service, call center
+ Working knowledge and understanding of all aspects of full life cycle recruiting
+ Experience documentingin application tracking systems – Workday preferred, not required
+ Data driven decision maker, able to use data to tell compelling talent stories
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills– experience in influencing without authority– ability to speak to all levels of an organization
