**Description**

The Auto Club Group (ACG) provides membership, travel, insurance and financial services offerings to approximately 13.5 million members and customers across 14 states and 2 U.S. territories through the AAA, Meemic and Fremont brands. ACG belongs to the national AAA federation and is the second largest AAA club in North America.

**Primary Duties and** **Responsibilities:**

In a remote call center environment, manages personnel engaged in the outbound sales of ACG Insurance, Membership, and financial products.

Supports a performance-based culture and focuses on achieving performance-based goals: sales production, customer satisfaction (NPS), time management, attrition, etc. The focus of the effort is on achieving and sustaining a high level of sales production, customer service, driving process improvements, operational efficiency, etc. within the department.

Maintains the highest level of technical and call center competence/expertise as needed to ensure resolution of complex problems and complaints.

Manage compliance with new programs, systems, policies and procedures by making certain expectations are communicated effectively, understood, supported and embraced. Review all processes and applications looking for ways to improve and make recommendations as appropriate to upper management. Accountable for managing within budgeted expenses to achieve all P&L goals together with revenue. Manage through innovative ways to improve revenue through sales and lead management programs. Assistance with recruiting, selecting, and training, developing and counseling all employees as needed.

Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.

Ensures that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly and effectively, and in accordance with the consumer laws.

**Total Compensation Overview:**

+ Manager, Outbound Insurance Sales will earn a competitive salary of $60,700 to $107,900 annually with an annual bonus potential based on performance.

**Supervisory Responsibilities:**

+ Oversee an outbound call center staff of licensed insurance agents responsible for selling AAA Branded products, brokered lines of insurance, AAA Memberships, and AAA Financial Products.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

+ The sales and/or service of ACG products

+ Strategic planning

+ Ability to oversee quality assurance. Proactively identify department and individual knowledge gap with insurance guidelines and recommend technical coaching, development and/or communication to employees as needed.

**Qualifications**

**Required Qualifications:**

**Education:**

+ College level coursework in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

+ Attain and maintain state insurance sales licenses for The Auto Club Group as appropriate – if in Insurance call center.

**Experience:**

+ Supervisory experience in a Customer/Call Center environment.

+ Supervisory experience in/with:
