**Technology Risk Manager – Infrastructure & Security Services**

The Nordstrom Infrastructure & Security Services organization provides and protects the technology tools and services used to build and transform our business. A key part of that responsibility is enabling the business to make smart, risk-based decisions on technology and business investments that have an impact to various areas. This position provides executives, leaders, decision-makers, and staff with the insights they need to make smart decisions. It combines program management skills with broad risk domain knowledge; cross-company relationship building with rigorous data management; and insightful, business-relevant analysis with executive-level presentation skills. The Technology Risk Manager role has a huge potential to influence the direction and future of Nordstrom Technology.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Design, deliver, and manage the Technology risk management portfolio

+ Establish and maintain relationships with key partners in the security, risk, legal, privacy, finance, and enterprise planning groups with a focus on promoting shared objectives and increasing risk visibility / ownership

+ Drive consistency and clarity in risk management data models, analysis, maturity methodology and operating procedures

+ Engage stakeholders and partners to drive key remediation and mitigation efforts

+ Provide real-time and periodic views into data and models that give business decision-makers the technology risk insights they need

+ Optimize and streamline operating processes for risk assessments, analysis, and reporting

+ Use customer lens to create data measurements to quantify measures for success and recognizes gaps in technical and operational KPI’s

+ Participate in the continuous evolution of the Infrastructure & Security Services department, within a team of highly skilled and passionate professionals

**Key Qualifications**

+ Ability to design and manage data-oriented processes to generate insights

+ Strong partnership and relationship development skills

+ Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills

+ Experience with risk management methods such as COSO, COBIT, ISO 31000, NIST SP800-30/39; CRISC or equivalent is a plus

+ High-level understanding of a broad range of security topics, such as networking, cloud security, secure software, cryptography; CISSP or equivalent is a plus

+ Experience with industry/regulatory security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27000, PCI DSS, NIST SP800-53; CISA or equivalent is a plus

+ Possesses base level knowledge of technology (e.g. Cloud, APIs, services, Windows stack, open source, database technologies, etc.)

+ 8+ years of relevant work experience; BA/BS in a relevant field of study is preferred
