The Sales Consultant ensures that Best Buy delivers a world-class customer experience as the destination and authority for technology products and services. They provide solutions and support to solve customer needs and to ensure that no customer is left unserved.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions for their needs.

+ Implements assigned responsibilities from store leadership to engage customers, build complete solutions, and maintain a balance of efficiency and customer service.

+ Ensures inventory and merchandising standards are maintained in assigned store area.

+ Demonstrates excellence in execution of selling skills and selling strategy as shown by feedback forms and customer metrics.

+ Supports sales strategies in partnership with the Sales Manager to achieve operating results, growth objectives, and overall financial performance goals.

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Ability to work successfully as part of a team

+ Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends

+ 3 months experience working in customer service, sales, or related fields
