**Job Description**

Technicians at Nordstrom support customers across multiple channels, with a focus on providing excellent customer experience to Nordstrom Employees. Technicians at Nordstrom have a wide range of responsibilities ranging from in store support, Service Desk support and backend monitoring of systems and applications, just to name a few.

**A day in the life…**

+ Assist with Tech 2 responsibilities Resolve issues escalated from our Tech 2.

+ Performing initial root cause analysis for high priority incidents while escalating to Engineering for assistance

+ Lead and Manage Projects assigned to team

+ Actively contribute and groom the knowledge repository for technical documentation

+ Compile reports to track management key performance indicators and metrics

Additional Qualifications for Enterprise Support

+ Maintain systems with proactive analysis, such as performing data integrity tests and corrections via SQL Management Studio

**You own this if you have…**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred

+ 7+ years enterprise support experience

+ 2+ years of experience working with SQL Store Procedures or PL/SQL

+ 2+ years of experience working with Warehouse Management Systems and applications a plus (High Jump, Manhattan, Dematic System, MS Endpoint, RFID Scanners, etc.)

+ Demonstrated ability to identify needs for, create, and complete projects to improve the end user experience

+ Strong working knowledge of Service Now (or comparable ticketing system)
