As Senior Program Manager, you will serve as the Business Operations Manager to the Vice President responsible for Human Resource, Finance, and Credit technologies. As the Bus Ops Mgr. you will work closely with the leadership team to drive the Rhythm of the Business, bridge organizational gaps, and optimize decision making. You will quickly gain the trust and confidence of leaders across Technology and will wield your influence to strengthen partnerships and drive business outcomes.
The Bus Ops Mgr. is also a trusted thought partner and advisor to the VP who can anticipate, then address risks and organizational needs before they arise. The role is dynamic and fast-paced, but a strong servant-leader mindset will help the incumbent manage through a range of situations and environments the VP and organization will find themselves in.
**The Ideal Candidate**
+ **Trusted Thought Partner** : Provides objective, timely, thoughtful, and discrete feedback and viewpoints to their principal while considering organizational, situational, and intra-personal dynamics.
+ Partners with and coaches leadership team to bridge strategy, people, process, and tools of today to what will be needed tomorrow.
+ Drives the business cadence within the organization to ensure critical meetings and governance structures are established, scheduled, planned, and executed.
+ Develops and manages operational metrics and reporting relevant to the health and performance of the organization and the technologies it supports.
+ Successfully prioritizes individual work with little direction. Ensures day-to-day activities and tasks are accomplished alongside execution of strategy.
+ Draws in perspectives and experiences from outside of the organizational to synthesize an informative point-of-view or recommendation.
+ Is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to lead special projects or technical programs as required.
**You own this if you have…**
+ A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field is preferred but not required. MBA or master’s degree preferred.
+ 6+ years of Technical Program Management experience delivering large, complex projects in a technical environment.
+ Expert knowledge of program management principles.
+ Prior experience directly leading a team is a plus.
+ Strong business acumen with exceptional organizational, strategic thinking, analytical, and program management skills.
+ A data-driven mindset and ability to tell the story using data.
