**Job Description**

The Problem Management and Change Control Team is hiring a Technical Program Manager.  

This team is responsible for driving Root Cause Analysis and related problem management for all technology Major Incidents. PMCC also acts as stewards of operational data, ensuring accuracy and providing leadership reporting.

In this position you will partner with engineering teams and technology stakeholders to identify code and operational breaks, develop solutions, and drive these to completion while providing visibility into the identified solutions at an executive leadership level. Work will span a large breadth of technologies across many delivery channels. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a core competency within a true omni channel retailer.  

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Identify common trends for a portfolio, create reports that drive action on identified operational goals. Provide a weekly status in partnership with teams to elevate operational health/maturity Identifies and produces valuable analytics for improved performance and business decisions Maintain a proactive approach to operational and service issues with a focus on prevention rather than fix.  Work with engineering managers and leaders to implement defined solutions, test, and report on results Collaborates with business and other technology teams across the organization to identify and prioritize solutions centered around operational maturity Complete accountability for ticket accuracy and completeness of records within a given application portfolio Make recommendations to elevate operational maturity. Identify current gaps and resolve with help of leadership within Portfolio This position may be required to perform other related duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS** 2-3 years of experience delivering in IT Ops CS/related degree or 1+ years of technical engineering experience preferred (coding, scripting, etc.) Experience with large scale enterprise software/services Tableau Data Modelling, Analytical, & Visualization Skills strongly preferred Strong IT operational background with focus on Incident, Problem, and Change Management
