+ Operations Strategic Alignment analysts have the exciting opportunity to be a part of the team responsible for ensuring alignment and execution on operational priorities by identifying and framing issues, driving decisions and monitoring implementation of solutions.

+ You’ll dive in and develop understanding of assigned Operations business areas as you help them decide objectives and lay out strategies to achieve them

+ You will help Ops teams with their migrations to the Product Model, transforming the way we partner with IT to achieve objectives

+ This position is within the Operations Strategic Alignment team in the Operations Strategic Alignment & Business Planning organization and will support all Operations groups.

**What you’ll do**

+ Synthesize business problems, identify strategic options, define outcomes, and gain consensus among senior leadership on key Operations initiatives

+ Connect the vision with the tangible pieces that enable its fulfillment

+ Identify current and future opportunities, compiling and presenting cross-functional impacts, aligning and prioritizing with business owners, finance, and IT counterparts, and monitors the status outcomes

+ Enable teams and leaders to connect the dots between the various initiatives within a larger plan

+ Be the link between business and IT teams across organizations to bring about consistency and synergies on technology in-use and in development

+ Ensure clarity of business requirements from stakeholders to enable proper planning and design of new initiatives

+ Monitor and provide updates to senior leadership

+ Gather information from internal and external sources, using various research methods

+ Project manage transformational initiatives, building detailed project plans, facilitating meetings and following up with key stakeholders

+ Create KPIs and project dashboards to monitor progress

+ Provide analytical support by reviewing data, drawing insights and presenting findings

+ Develop and deliver presentations to leaders and working groups

+ Manage ad hoc projects as required – ranging from small requests to multi-year projects

+ Collaborate with internal customers to better understand their needs and be able to communicate them to others

**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience

+ 3 years of experience in airline, consulting, or equivalent industries

**Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**

+ Graduate degree

+ Product Management experience

+ Prior consulting experience

**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**

+ Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and written and verbal communication skills including the ability to collaborate with all levels of management

+ Strategic thinker who considers the broader corporate implications of ideas

+ Ability to problem solve and effectively deal with ambiguity

+ Self-starter who solicits input from several sources

+ Ability to prioritize and navigate projects among competing priorities, both within and outside one’s own organization

+ Effective collaborator both across and outside the organization at all levels

+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
