As an Overnight Front Desk Agent, you will create the first impression of the hotel by welcoming guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner. You will register guests, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location. Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions, posting all charges, completing cashier and other reports, preparing deposits and counting/securing assigned bank.

You will also complete and transmit daily accounting reports and prepare them for review by hotel management. Respond appropriately to guest complaints, make appropriate service recovery gestures in order to ensure total guest satisfaction.

You will answer multi-system phones, may routinely book guest reservations for individuals and/or groups either by phone or from within the hotel. Process cancellations, revisions and information updates on changes. You will also provide a fond farewell when checking guests out.

**Qualifications and Technical skills** **:**

Requirements include holding a High School diploma or equivalent, plus one year front desk/guest service experience. Some college is preferred. **Essential Languages:** English

+ Must have excellent customer service/hospitality skills

+ Must have excellent communication skills both verbal/written

+ Must have computer/typing skills

+ Must be able to work independently

+ Be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time

+ Must be available to work a flexible schedule (weekends/holidays- this position is overnight 11:30pm to 7:30am)

+ Must be able to gain entry on Federal Military Installation
