**Why you’ll love this job**

This job is part of the Revenue Accounting team within our Finance Division. This role will undertake a variety of financial task and be responsible for helping improve processes, assisting with projects and performing basic accounting functions within various specialized areas.

**What you’ll do**

+ Perform general accounting task/duties (e.g. conducts audits, reconciles accounts, etc.)

+ Complete journal voucher entries

+ Complete data entry of accounting information

+ Perform a variety of other functions/ad-hoc projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager to aid in the department’s/company’s achievement of goals and business objectives

+ Maintain confidentiality of customer information

+ Monitor, identify, and resolve potential accounting discrepancies in a timely manner

+ Assist in identification/development of new/updated procedures and system enhancements

**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**

+ Enrollment in an accredited Bachelor’s program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or other related field.

**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**

+ Demonstrate strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to derive insight from data and form a solution used for strategic decision making.

+ Operate within a cross functional team environment and with all levels of management.

+ Showcase comfortability with new technology and business software.

+ Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook

+ Skills in working with large data sets

+ Ability to effectively handle multiple projects with minimal supervision

+ Knowledge of auditing procedures

+ Knowledge of general accounting principles/procedures including general ledger
