**Why you’ll love this job**

+ ​This job is a member of the Finance Team within the Finance Division.

+ ​Responsible for providing leadership and administrative management for revenue accounting automation team.

**What you’ll do**

+ Leads a team of System Analysts, QAs and testers to support automation initiatives for Revenue Accounting business units

+ Works with revenue accounting leadership team to establish goals, processes and technology initiatives, develops and maintains product/project roadmaps, and leads the prioritization process

+ Oversees large/complex projects in regards to schedule, scope, and budget

+ Communicates frequently with revenue accounting leadership team on health of various projects

+ Leads the revenue accounting automation and business teams in strategic planning, initiatives encouraging automation, process refinement, and organizational development activities

+ Leads the team to ensure objectives are met on time, within budget and ensuring high quality

+ Participates in preparation and management of departmental budget and capital budget estimates for projects and resources

+ Communicates, assists and advises team on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities and methods

+ Participates in recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new team members

+ Facilitates and encourages employee development through creation of goals, setting expectations, giving performance feedback, mentoring and providing development opportunities

**All you’ll need for success**

**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**

+ ​Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of work related experience/training or 5 years of work related experience/training if no degree

+ Experience leading large/complex projects to successful completion

+ 3 years successfully leading a team of 5 or more members

**Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**

+ ​Master’s degree

+ Working in/with teams using Agile

+ Airline Revenue accounting experience

+ Airline payments experience

**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**

+ ​Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

+ Excellent analytical thinking skills

+ Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying sizes
