+ Responsible for all aspects of the Inflight Cabin Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) program.

+ This role is a part of the Innovation and Delivery Team within Inflight

**What you’ll do**

+ Drive engagement, education, and procedures of Cabin EFB program

+ Develop and implement policy and procedure as well as conduct regular audits of inventory to optimize efficiency and identify discrepancies, losses, or potential areas of improvement

+ Coordinate and facilitate monthly update meetings, regular vendor check-ins, and the annual Cabin EFB Summit with EFB coordinators (Mainline and Regionals)

+ Serve as key point person to hardware lifecycle management vendor, to support inventory levels, escalations, procedural changes, and new software enhancements and a dedicated helpdesk

+ Support entire product life cycle from planning to testing to deployment and into steady-state

+ Collaborate daily with internal groups (IT, Mobility, Finance) managing product development, database creation, delivery schedules, and forecast models

+ Collaborate with vendors to manage device warranties, repairs, and replacements

+ Track monthly metrics used to brief leaders and make data-driven decisions

+ Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to mobile device management

**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training

+ 4+ years of relevant experience

+ Ability to travel up to 25%

+ Ability to work some weekends and extended hours

**Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**

+ Prior program management experience

**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**

+ Exceptional consensus building, leadership, and communication skills

+ Comfortable working independently in a high volume, operationally driven environment

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc

+ Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and spoken presentation

+ Understanding and knowledge of mobile solutions

+ Effective organizational, project planning, and management skills

+ Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with sound judgment

+ Ability to be customer service-oriented and develop positive working relationships with external service providers as well as internal constituents

+ Ability to work collaboratively with others to bring forward new ideas which increase efficiency, ensure adequate device inventory levels and policy compliance

+ Ability to handle multiple assignments, complete projects on time and perform under pressure and respond to changing priorities

+ Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
