+ This position is a member of the Maintenance Control Team within the Integrated Operations Center.

+ Responsible for overseeing, providing guidance and support to Managers on Duty as well as Maintenance Control Technicians and other team members within IOCEnsures operational, regulatory, and fiscal performance

**What you’ll do**

+ Reports to Director, MOC Daily Operations.

+ Acts as primary liaison between Technical Operations and IOC teams (IOC Director, Dispatch, Central Load Planning, Crew Scheduling, etc.).

+ Provides oversight of out of service aircraft to ensure maintenance operational, regulatory, and fiscal goals are achieved in all stations.

+ Responsible for coordinating support teams to ensure rapid return to service of aircraft, with primary focus on non-maintenance staffed stations.

+ Ensures Maintenance Control Technicians are equipped with training and support required to carry out their duties.

+ Supports Line Maintenance with guidance for deferral clearance.

+ Provides technical guidance for chronic or repeat discrepancies.

+ Coordinates with the FAA, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, Flight Operations, Maintenance Operations Control, Maintenance Training, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Airport Customer Service and Stores on station issues and performance.

+ Coordinates strategies for return to service of major aircraft maintenance events.

+ Encourages an atmosphere of collaboration and communication within support teams and maintenance teams in the field.

**All you’ll need for success**

**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**

+ ​High School Diploma or GED equivalency

+ 7 years line maintenance experience

+ 7 years management/leadership experience

+ 5 years MOC and/or vendor maintenance management / oversight experience

**Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**

+ ​Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training

+ Experience leading diverse teams in multiple locations

+ 10 years line maintenance experience

+ 10 years management/leadership experience

**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**

+ FAA A&P License

+ ​Demonstrated outstanding organization and time management skills

+ Critical thinker and excellent problem-solving ability used to achieve goals and objectives

+ Ability to concurrently manage multiple tasks and effectively plan for and handle shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment

+ Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels both verbally and written

+ Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a team of cross-departmental members to achieve consensus and desired results

+ Focused on the future; demonstrated ability to lead strategy development and execution

+ Vast working knowledge of GPM & CFR requirements related to MP support for AA

+ Adept in Maintenance Operations Control (MOC) policies and procedures in working with our maintenance providers

+ Proven track record achieving results

+ Willingness and ability to travel regularly and overnight
