**Why you’ll love this job**

+ ​This job is a member of the Technical Operation Team within the Integrated Operations Division.

+ Responsible for supporting the department with various administrative and computer functions.

**What you’ll do**

+ Responsible for handling one or more of the following as their primary role:

+ Payroll coding in Work Brain and AutoTA timekeeping systems

+ Shift Bid management, Staff Admin scheduling tool

+ Scans and Reviews all aircraft work-packs for accuracy and signatures

+ Employee Overtime

+ Employee Security badging, scheduling training

+ General Administrative Support to the regional Tech Ops Team

+ Shifts, holidays and weekend work schedules are utilized for this position

**All you’ll need for success**

**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**

+ ​High School diploma or GED equivalency

+ Moderate experience specific to department or area of expertise

**Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**

+ ​Associates degree or equivalent work experience

+ Extensive experience specific to department or area of expertise

**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**

+ ​Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

+ Familiarity with RES/DECS

+ Knowledge of MAPS, SAFE, AirVault, Work Card Management System

+ Independent decision making skills

+ Ability to directly contact customers

+ Knowledge of Staff Admn, COGNOS, SharePoint, Workbrain, Autota
